We will be carrying out a planned Production deployment starting at 11:00 UTC today, 22 October 2026, in about an hour. The maintenance window is expected to last up to 2 hours, finishing by 13:00 UTC.

Optty Merchants Payments API Optty Widgets Hosted Payment Page Dashboard and Reporting Optty Universal Payments Platform Order Reconciliation Service
Expected impact: No downtime is expected. All of the services listed above should remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window, and all other Optty services are unaffected.
Scope: This deployment includes platform enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimisations and stability improvements.
