We will be conducting a planned Production deployment to the Optty Merchants Payments API, commencing at 14:15 UTC on 20 October 2026, with an expected maintenance window of up to 2 hours.
Expected impact: No downtime is expected. The Optty Merchants Payments API is expected to remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window. All other Optty services are unaffected.
Scope: This deployment includes platform enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimisations and stability improvements.
Our engineering team will actively monitor the deployment to ensure a smooth rollout. If you experience any issues, please contact our Support Team at support@optty.com.
